Nectar Canvass Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This prize draw is open to all Nectar cardholders except employees of Nectar 360 Ltd or anyone else connected with the promotion.

2. Only one entry per cardholder.

3. There is one prize to be won of 10,000 Nectar points.

4. Eligible cardholders can enter the prize draw between the first day of each quarter of the year (January, April, July, and October) and the last day of each quarter (March, June, September, and December) inclusive by:

   1. clicking on a Nectar Canvass link on https://www.nectar.com/brands/nectar-canvass or in an email invitation sent to them by Nectar;
   2. completing their registration to be part of the Nectar Canvass panel;
   3. and completing their first survey by the closing date of this prize draw.

5. The prize draw winner will be drawn on the second week of the following quarter (i.e., the second week of April for January–March prize draw entries, the second week of July for April–June prize draw entries, the second week of October for July–September prize draw entries, and the second week of January for October–December prize draw entries).

6. The winner will be the first name drawn at random from valid entries.

7. The results of the prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable.

8. The prize winner will be notified that they are a winner by phone or e-mail using the contact details held by Nectar by the last day of the following quarter (i.e., by the last day of April for January–March entries, by the last day of July for April–June prize draw entries, by the last day of October for July–September prize draw entries, and by the last day of January for October–December prize draw entries). Please ensure your contact details are up to date on nectar.com.

9. The prize winner will have the Nectar points added to their account within 28 days of being chosen as a winner or a runner up.

10. The prize winner must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion.

11. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

12. Use of a false name or Nectar card number will disqualify any entrant from receiving a prize.

13. The Promoter is not responsible for lost or corrupted entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise.

14. Details of the prize winners can be obtained for a period of 6 weeks following the prize draw by sending a SAE to Panel Manager, Intelligent Research, Nectar 360 Ltd, 33 Holborn, London EC1N 2HT.

15. By entering the prize draw, Nectar cardholders agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
